The Coral Ridge Isles Beauty, or “CRIB” for short, is truly a house for those who like to divide their time between an active lifestyle and relaxation. Some of the many possible activities include boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, bicycling and basketball. Rented boats can easily be docked at the CRIB during your vacation. Kayaks are available for your enjoyment anytime. Exploring the many side canals is a great way to take in the many sights and sounds of the area. Bicycles are also available for your enjoyment any time.

For those who prefer rest and relaxation, the sundeck provides uninterrupted sunshine for the entire day and, of course, the pool provides the ultimate opportunity to cool off while other guests frolic.

Enjoy the sunshine on your own private sundeck and watch the boats go by, or take a dip in your pool. The covered outdoor grill area is fully equipped with seating for at least 12 people.

The indoor kitchen is well appointed with all the standard appliances and cookware, providing everything you might need to embark on your own culinary adventure.

Sliding windows open up from both dining rooms to connect with the pool, hot tub and canals essentially creating a most unique space for easy and carefree entertaining.

The living areas are comfortably appointed with tasteful furnishings and decorator tile. A large screen LCD TV is located in the living room so as not to totally lose contact with the world at large.

With so many options for sitting down to eat, there should never be and issue with not being able to accommodate a roomful of guests. The formal dining room has seating for eight, the informal dining room has seating for up to six people and, of course, the outdoor patio areas have room for at least twelve people.

The open floor plan at the CRIB includes four bedrooms with three bedrooms located on opposite ends of the house from the master bedroom. The master bedroom comes with elegant hardwood flooring and features Tommy Bahama island-style furnishings. Sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people include a king size bed in the master bedroom, one bedroom with a queen size bed , two bedrooms with two single beds and two additional roll away beds that can be placed anywhere.

 Owner may also consider renting out his boat (21 foot Bowrider).
