This house located mere bicycle minutes away from fabulous Deerfield Beach is our most affordable vacation rental house in the South Florida area. It has 4 bedrooms that sleep 2 each and an additional roll-away bed for 1 extra person. The backyard is completely enclosed and private. For those who prefer rest and relaxation, the garden provides uninterrupted sunshine for the entire day and, of course, the pool provides the ultimate opportunity to cool off while other guests frolic. The pool is HEATED in the winter time. The pool and playset are ideal for children. An avocado tree provides fruit in season.

The house has a total of 3 LCD TVs - 2 located in a bedroom each and the main one in the livingroom. Wireless Internet access is available throughout.

The location is very close to the beach, some very exciting waterfront eating establishments and of course close to a Publix supermarket, Walgreens and CVS pharmacy for all your provisioning needs.

In the general area there are plenty of good golf courses, ocean access within minutes from the house, just 3-5 min. by car or bike, free shuttle buses from Publix that take you down to the beach. It is a very quiet and safe area. There is only a five minute walk to the Cove Center where there are several good restaurants, a sportsbar and pubs. Here can you also dine by the Intracoastal and watch the boats go by.

The Town Center Mall at Boca Raton is only 10 minutes away, with department stores such as Macy`s, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's, and a large variety of 200 stores and restaurants.
