Enjoy the sunshine on your own private dock and watch the boats go by or take a dip in your pool. The outdoor kitchen area is fully equipped with a grill, refrigerator and sink, the perfect setup for outdoor entertainment and fun.

The indoor kitchen is well appointed with dual stainless steel ovens, a huge side-by-side Maytag refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove; and offers an assortment of cooking oils, spices, high-quality cookware plus anything else you might need. Sliding windows open up to the heated pool and ocean access canals essentially creating a most unique space for easy and carefree entertaining.

The open floor plan at the “I Feel Good” house includes three large bedrooms on opposite ends of the house - all with their own bathrooms. Each bedroom comes with elegant hardwood flooring.
